Updates...

So... I've been lazy. I was taking a look at my 101 List and I realized I hadn't updated it in quite a while. So check it out, I've knocked out 4 things! :)

Haircut!

Did I mention I got a haircut too? Last week, I went to the hair salon with some friends and chopped at least 8 inches of hair off. The girl cutting my hair thought I was gonna freak out, but no, I love it! She straightened my hair, which I think helped lessen the blow. It looks awesome straight, but I figured out this weekend that it's a little more involved than having long hair. As soon as I empty out my camera, I'll post pics with straight hair. But here, as you can see, I have curly hair. Because my hair was getting so long, I had 2 options - wear it frizzy, or in a bun. I couldn't do anything with it and i was too long for it to hold good curl. I think I really like my hair this length - it curls so easily! - and it feels soooo much more healthy. I think I'll keep it this length for a while.

It's Friday!!!!

I am so glad it's Friday!

I went home last weekend and didn't get back from Tx until Tuesday. It always seems as though I come back more tired than how I went. It was good to go home and I enjoy it, but I'm constantly trying to see everyone and hang out with everyone that I normally end up spending no more than an hour at home, other than when I'm sleeping. Besides, traveling wears me out anyway.

So, needless to say, I'm looking forward to this weekend. I want to take my dogs to get groomed - which they've been needing for quite some time now. I need to clean my apt, like a good scrub. And, as much as I hate to say it, I need to work on my ORP (original research proposal). I've been slacking and I keep putting it off, but I need to just sit down and get it done - at least write my abstract. :)

I also have the chance to go to Cedar Point on Sunday, but I'm just not sure if I'm going to go... I guess it all depends on how productive I am on Saturday.

I just want to sleep in one day!!
