A lot has been going on this week...
I've been working on a paper about my research. Actually, I've been working on the data for my paper all week. I've managed to acquire several nice images, and have been trying to put numbers to it all. I've been basically sitting at a computer all week. If I remember to bring my flash drive home, I will try to show you some of the stuff I've been doing with my images.
I've also been going through the process of updating everyone of my new phone number... Course, I have to go through my list of contacts and actually try to figure out if I even talk to some of them anymore. It's not just me, is it? I've run into people - at the mall when I go home - and it's always, "Hey! Nice to see you... Let me have your number!" But unfortunately, nobody ever calls. I don't call most of the time. I guess I should. Anyway, so, I also have to talk to Sprint and tell them their phones are terrible and their service is horrible. PLUG FOR ATT: I've had ATT for a week and no dropped calls! I can talk to friends and family for free! **big smile here** My phone is awesome - absolutely no regrets on it. Small quirks that I'll get over, but the battery lasts for 2 whole days, it charges in 2 hrs, and everything sounds 100 times clearer than my Sprint phone.
Finally, my bff is having a girl! Congrats Jess! We've grown up knowing that we were not "girly girls." Which is fine, but now she's having a girl, and knowing our luck, she's gonna be girly. I'm truly excited for her and I've already started planning a blanket that I'm going to CROCHET for her. I know how to knit, and Carly has told me on numerous occasions that I should never knit a blanket again, for sanity's sake. I knit a blanket for Tommy (Jess's little boy) a year ago, and though it turned out alright and though it wasn't terrible to knit, it was very time consuming. So, Carly taught me how to crochet and basically taught how to do the pattern she is doing on her baby blanket. Updates soon to come!
