Tagged - Yay! New Post!

So Tiffany tagged me forever ago... :)

7 facts about myself:

1. I do not know how to swim. Correction, I know how, just not very well!! Okay, so up until a couple of months ago, I didn't know how to swim, proven by the fact I've almost drowned 2 times. I decided to do something about it, took lessons, though I had to skip the last 3 because I was sick. I learned to float - yay! - and I can doggie paddle. I plan to take lessons again so that I can swim more confidently.

2. I watch Disney. A lot of Disney. I watch Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, and several of the Disney movies. I can't explain it. They make me laugh and I'd rather watch that than some of the other junk on tv. Edit: I gave up cable. I no longer have the Disney channel, and surprisingly enough, I don't miss it a lot, but I do miss it a little.

3. Since 2002, I have not lived in the same place for longer than a year until now. I moved 7 or 8 times: Out of my house in Odessa for 1 year, to Mishawaka for 1 year, to Granger for one year, back to Mishawaka for 4 months, to San Antonio for 9 months, to a different apt in San Antonio for 7 months, back to Odessa en route back to Mishawaka. Yuck. I have lived in my current place for 17 months now. Yeah!

4. I am an AUNT now! My sister-in-law had her baby a couple of weeks ago and I can't wait to see her! I'm currently crocheting a blanket for her. :)

5. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I see displays at the store for holidays months away. Why is it that Thanksgiving hasn't even passed and I already see Christmas stuff? Valentine's Day stuff in December - augh!!! Bonus: I also can't listen to Christmas music before Thanksgiving. I refuse. Just ask Tiffany. ;)

6. I am accident prone. Forget getting me to roller blade or ice skate. Someday, I will learn... maybe. I also fall at least 3 times every winter and usually skin my knees.

7. I used to play the viola when I was in elementary school. I loved it and so this summer, I bought a viola at the farmer's market in Elkhart. I plan to take lessons soon.
